For all owners of pet/s staying with us for Xmas 2017 we wish to make their stay a positive and enjoyable experience and so this information greatly helps us in how we can offer you the best assistance during this busy time - Please read carefully. 

 

Invoices for Xmas boarding are emailed to pet owners by  24.11.17. We will have notified you prior receiving your invoice regarding confirmation of your Xmas boarding requirements therefore after you have received the invoice there is no refunds or exchanges for late drop offs or early pickups for pets. Full payment for Xmas 2017 boarding is due by 6.12.17. Dog boarding is from $28.00 per dog  per day from 15.12.17 to 10.1.18 and cat boarding is $18.00 per cat per day from 15.12.17 to 10.1.18. Boarding fees are based on a per calendar day basis. If payment has not been received by this date we will assume you no longer require the booking and it will be automatically cancelled. For cancellations with one months notice or more payment will be held and credited to another booking within six months (not including peak periods). Less than fourteen days notice payment will be forfeited. Also Note* Only healthy vaccinated pets are accepted for boarding at Redgum Kennels & Cattery. We do not accept pets with special needs during peak times such as Xmas, Easter and School Holidays eg. Special diets or dietary issues, medical conditions or medications, stress or anxiety issues, aggressive or unsociable behaviour. Evidence of any of the above could lead to non-acceptance of pet/s at point of entry and there are no refunds or exchanges given. Proof of minimum C5 Vaccination (dogs) and F3 Vaccination (cats) is a requirement for pets entering Redgum Kennels & Cattery. Please bring only current Vaccination records with you when you are booking your pet/s into Redgum Kennels & Cattery. All pets must be intestinally wormed prior coming into Kennels/ Cattery. All dogs must be on either Advantix, Frontline, Nexgard or Bravecto for Paralysis Tick prevention (tick collars are not accepted). You can supply one of the approved products for us to administer to your pet/s at time of booking in or Advantix can be purchased at $20.00 per fortnightly stay. All cats must be on a current commercial flea treatment. Evidence of parasites could lead to non-acceptance of pet/s and there are no refunds or exchanges given. Redgum Kennels & Cattery will be closed for dropping off and picking up pets from 1pm on 23.12.17 and will re-open at 8am on 2.1.18.
